Instructions for Paying your Bill Online
On-line bill pay only allows you to pay your bill online. You will not be able to view outstanding balances or invoices. You may view a payment history of payments made online only.
- Log in or Create a New Account
- Verify your demographics
- Under Quick Links, click on “Pay My Bill Online”
- Enter your account number, payment amount and credit card information
- Click “Click here to pay your bill now”
- Print out your confirmation screen and maintain it for your records
Instructions on how to renew your prescription
You can now get your prescription request approved online by your physician by following the below steps.
- Login or Create an Account
- Have your present prescription bottle on hand to complete this form
- Verify your contact phone numbers and your e-mail address so that we can reach you if there are any questions
- Under Quick Links click “Prescription Renewal”
- Enter in your prescription information
- Click “Renew another prescription” or “Complete my request”
Your physician will communicate securely to you through this website or by telephone.
PLEASE NOTE: The decision to approve online prescription refill requests for narcotics is at your physician's discretion. Please be aware that online requests for narcotic prescription refills may be denied. If your prescription refill request is denied, your physician will securely communicate the reason your request was denied through this website or by telephone.
