• Celiac Disease:  To evaluate the efficacy of multiple dose levels of AT-1001 (larazotide acetate) in preventing changes in the signs and symptoms of Celiac disease induced by a 6-week gluten challenge and to demonstrate the safety of a 6-week exposure to oral doses of AT-1001 (larazotide acetate) in Celiac Disease patients exposed to gluten, 900 mg three times a day (TID) with meals.
